As a Spiritual Helper I feel that it is important to have a page where I give our community information on spiritual things. Nothing too detailed just simple things that we should all know.
I'll start with protection: We should all protect ourselves when we are going into the world - so to speak. We should all be aware that there is a war going on on so many levels and we are in it whether we like it or not. For many this means nothing at all but for some this is serious.Their are many ways that this can be done.
Space Clearing before doing Libation
This is not a condemnation or anything but something that I must mention....I have been going to a lot of community events over the years and have more frequently been seeing our people doing more and more libation before any event - which is very good. What I am having a problem with is the fact that The space is not cleared/cleansed before libation takes place. You can not call/invite our ancestors into a space that has not been cleansed for them first. This does not go for everyone as some people are aware of this and do cleanse their space first....this is for those of us that just do Libation and think that that is enough.
Our ancestors are pure and come from a place of purity so need to dwell in the same. Space clearing is very important for us as well. Incense of cleansing herbs should also be burning at the entrance of any event so that when people enter they too are cleansed on arrival.
Ideally what should happen is, at the entrance there should be a bowl or bowls with cleansing herbs(Liquid) so that all who enter can wash off any negativity that they may of brought in from the outside world. They should then be smudged and only after that should they enter the space.

Some Information on 11.11.11
11.11.11 is a cosmic moment in time. There is a total silence created throughout the Universe when a spiritual portal of the universe opens pouring in new divine energy to this plane - unimaginable things can happen, take note of the signs to come, be they good or bad. Many people will be awakened psychically and spiritually.
It's not just a date in the calendar but a mark on human consciousness.. The number 1 here represents the Universal life force at a time of 'new beginnings' through a total break down of the old (or Endings/Culmination from 2009).
11 is a "Master Vibrational Number" it represents the spiritual messenger amounst other things.... The messenger brings revelation and inspiration from the 5th dimensional portal - The Message is: UNIVERSAL ORDER, LOVE, TRUTH, JUSTICE & PEACE but on a global scale.
The media has been quite clever, we are forced to focused on the protesters and war remembrance, It is a clever, diverting strategy. So what is the real point of 11.11.11? It's important to use the opportunity that 11-11-11 provides. Every single conscious effort counts, in whatever way it is manifested....
It is well worth investing some meditation time today , or some 'going within time' and also visualising and spreading the Light and Love...Ritual would be another good thing at this time, to dwell in nature is another.
The consciousness of Earth is already rising- that's why time is going so fast!
Pulses of light are being beamed to Earth at increasing intervals. Light contains spiritual knowledge and information.
Higher Ancestors of Light have been/are flocking to Earth.
Wise old souls have been re-incarnating to help with the shift.
Indigo, rainbow, crystal children, the enlightened ones are incarnating.
Powerful healing energies that were withdrawn in a long ago age are being returned to us. Some of these include Reiki, the Mahatma energy, the Violet Flame, the Gem Rays and others.
The double Venus transit is starting to balance the masculine and feminine energy on Earth.
Many of our Ancestors have returned to Earth to seek people to work with them to bring back the lost energies of The Planet.
The twelve rays have anchored on Earth for the first time in a long time.
The planet is detoxing, throwing off negativity and stuck karma, through earthquakes, hurricanes, floods etc.
What can I do to help bring about the changes?
Bring your own life into Universal peace and harmony, Speak Spiritual Truth, Love your Brother and sister and all life as you would yourself, Bring Fairness in all your undertakings.
Your energy will then automatically lift the vibrations of everyone with whom you come into contact.
Recognise that everyone is equal and treat them as such.
Honor all the forms of life on the planet from rocks, insects and plants to animals and humans.
Give no energy to fear, darkness and mass hysteria. Instead focus on the good, the wise and great, so that it expands.
Crystals -energised for the higher energy.(These are only a few examples)
Calcite (any colour) which will help to open your Stellar Gateway chakra.
Selenite which will work with your Soul Star.
Kyanite, which will help to re-align your mind and brain for the higher energy.
Hematite, which will help bring the divine energies into your blood stream, so that it spreads through you.
Sending you love always
Protection with smudge stick.
If you have a White sage smudge stick you can run the smoke of the White sage through your aura. This will cleanse the aura of any old negative energy that you may of picked up along your travels and help with the first stage of the protection process. You then visualize white light or gold light surrounding you and that you are locked in this light.
Protection with Crystals.
As we should know crystals are on a different vibration to us(as we are at a very low vibration at present) therefore it would be to our advantage to carry crystals with us for protection. If you choose to carry them in your pocket/s I would advise that you carry a grounding crystal like Carnelian, Malachite, Hematite, Tourmaline ( Black) etc in your right pocket and a spiritual crystal in your left pocket like Clear Quartz, Amethyst, Angelite, Tanzanite etc.
I would just like to make a note on Cleansing Crystals as I have been asked about this many times.
To cleanse crystals you need to put the crystals you need cleansed into a glass or something made of clear glass. Cover the crystals with water - DO NOT ADD SALT - Put the glass where the sun rises in your home. Leave for either 7, 12 or 24 hours making sure that 5am is included in those hours. When you take them out of the glass run then under a cold tap for about 10 mins. Then programme them with a bell. Strike the bell once for a connection with you and your crystals. Second time for connection and thanks for you, the crystal and our ancestors then the third strike for you, the crystals, our ancestors and the absolute. Then your finished your crystals can now be carried or put in your home.
Another way to cleanse crystals is with a pendulum. Call me for details on how this works.
Cleansing Baths.
We are at war....There is spiritual warfar going on at all times and we are in the battle field. So cleansing baths should be a must for all of us. Their are many Herbs that cleanse us both spiritually and physically. These herbs cleanse different forms of negativity.
For a general cleansing bath use one of the following herbs or even a combination of a few: White sage - one of the strongest cleansers of negativity. Close second is Rosemary, Cedar is another, Sea Salt & Juniper. These can also be burned in your home to cleanse your space.
I make up Baths for different forms of negativity caused, I also make herbal incense for your home.
Douching
I would like to say something about female Douching. Many years ago our mothers and great grand mother used to douch on a regular basis.
What is Herbal Douching???? Herbal Douching is a form of cleansing, many of our afrikan sistas today still douch. How do I Douch???? To Douch you would need a bowl and Douching/cleansing herbs. You would boil some water in a kettle and pour it into the bowl let the herbs steep in the boiling water for about 3-5 mins then you would sit over it with a towel acorss your lap for about 20-30 mins.
Why would I want to douch???? Douching cleanses on both the physical and the spiritual levels. On both levels, used within a care plan, it can help with problems such as fybroids, Heavy periods, cysts, ( Which come from Trapped emotional Feelings) Rape, Mis-carriage, Abortion( These things are a traumatic shock & Intrusion to our being and female energy) and many other problems of a female nature. No Cleansing is being done, no spiritual healing either.
Many of our women today suffer greatly with many of the problems listed. I have personnally helped many woman with such problems and include a Herbal douch in my care plan.
I Make Herbal douches to your personal needs. After assessing your total situation I taylor make your herbal Douch as well as any other herbal preparations you may need.
N.B. if sitting over a bowl is not your thing then you can sit in a shallow bath and get similar if not the same effect.
Burning incense
Many of us burn incense to get rid of unwanted smells in our home. Many of us burn incense to cleanse our home. While many burn incense and don't really know what they are doing but burn them any way cause it makes them and their home feel at peace.
ok - Firstly let me just give you my take on the incense burning thing....
I do not and would not advise you to burn incense sticks. If you can get the pure gum or resin of the scent you require that would be better. Likewise if you can get the pure herb, flower, Root or bark that too would be better. On Charcoal in an incense burner.
Just remember when burning incense, wether it's for cleansing, healing, Libation or a particular ritual, you are sending out a ritual offering to the Ancestors and the creator so it should be as pure as possible. It also re-inforces your connection with nature and has an effect on all things so should not be taken lightly.
